Law, accounting and consulting
Turn website questions into new client inquiries
It explains your services, process and fees as your site describes them, and invites visitors to leave their details for a consultation. Legal and financial topics can be restricted, so it never gives advice.
Visitor: Do you handle tax returns for small businesses?
Assistant: Yes. We prepare tax returns for small businesses and self-employed clients. Want to leave your details so an accountant can contact you?

Common questions
Does it make things up?
Questions about your business, such as prices, stock, shipping, policies and hours, are answered only from your site and the content you add. When it has nothing to go on, it says it doesn't have that information and offers to pass the question to your team. General questions can get a general answer, which it marks as general, and you can turn that off.
How long does setup take?
Create your account and tell us about your business. A person on our team reviews every new account. Once yours is approved, add one line of code to your site and start the first read of your pages, which usually takes a few minutes.
What happens to my data and my visitors' data?
Your pages, documents and conversations are stored in your account and used to answer your visitors. To write each reply, the conversation is sent to the AI provider that writes it. Visitors share contact details only by filling in a form themselves.
Can a person take over a chat?
Yes, on plans with live chat: your team sees conversations in the dashboard and can take one over. On every plan, when it can't help, it invites the visitor to leave their details so you can follow up.
