How does it learn my site?
It reads the pages in your sitemap and respects your robots.txt. You can also upload documents (PDF, Word, text or CSV), add your own questions and answers, and connect a Shopify or WooCommerce product catalog. When your site changes, you can have it read the site again with one click.
Which languages does it speak?
It replies in the language your visitor writes in, and Hebrew and Arabic display right to left. The chat window's own buttons and labels are fully translated into English, Hebrew and Arabic; in other languages, a label not yet translated shows in English.
How long does setup take?
Create your account and tell us about your business. A person on our team reviews every new account. Once yours is approved, add one line of code to your site and start the first read of your pages, which usually takes a few minutes.
What does it cost, and can I cancel?
Prices, and any free trial a plan includes, are on our pricing page. You don't need a credit card to sign up. You manage your plan, including cancelling, from Billing in your dashboard.
